The Infestation cantrip is missing from the 5e Spells mod because the random movement is difficult to implement properly with the modding tools available now. Due to these limitations, this version makes a compromise: On spell success, the target is either pushed or pulled 2m/6' at random in relation to the caster.
Infestation has been implemented in 5e Spells, but I'll leave this available for those who want something without script extender or have a light modlist.
This is effectively a medium-ranged "Shove" plus poison damage that avoids stepping on the toes of Mage Hand, since direction cannot be reliable. This cantrip is most useful for druids who get few cantrip options and have many concentration AOE spells like Spike Growth and want to move a target back into the area.
It currently does not show where creatures can land like when shoving, and I don't know of a way to change that.
Install using BG3 mod manager. Should work on existing saves without the need to respec. Can uninstall safely without breaking save files.
Compatibility: If using other mods that modify Druid, Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard Spell lists, such as 5e Spells, you need Script Extender and Compatibility Framework. Should not conflict with anything else.
