This mod requires NO input from you after it is loaded. It replaces the default Superior Darkvision passive these races obtain at character creation. That said, any other mods that alter this passive will either overwrite my mod (if mine is loaded before the other) or mine will overwrite the other mod (if mine is loaded after the other).
@GabeCamomescro: Thank you so much for this. I am currently playing a Shadar-Kai (Drow Tag) Shadow Sorcerer Durge & I was not certain how the Drow sunlight sensitivity worked in the Drow Unleashed mod from Mharius. I wasn't sure if this effect was based off of the Drow tag or what.
You have explained perfectly how your mod works based off of the superior darkvision ablilty & have explained that it should work with modded races as well.
This is exactly what I needed for the current play through.
Can you make a version without the beneficial effects? Like in the 5e rules. Duergar are already overpowered anyway, on account of their other abilities. I went looking for this kind of mod to counterbalance it, not that your mod isn't already awesome.
Also, does this affect other sources of Superior Darkvision? Because Gloom Stalker Ranger gets the same passive.
You won't see any obvious effect but you'll see it if you look for it. Stand in direct sunlight, hit your attack button and hover over a companion. You don't have to hit them. Look at your red/green alerts under the target name. You should see Superior Darkvision (Disadvantage) in red. If you step out of the light it should be Superior Darkvision (Advantage) in green.
Thank you, I checked and you are indeed correct, it works.
May I humbly suggest to add the effect somehow in order to avoid confusion? If you cannot replace the Sup. Darkvision tooltip itself due to conflicts (I'd imagine there are other creatures with those as well), at least put a more detailed description in the Home section.

Thanks!
This affects all Superior Darkvision.
