Yes, however it is sorely outdated and struggles with compatibility due to being done through manual changes to the races. My mod, however, is wholly compatible with everything, thanks to being applied dynamically through the use of Compatibility Framework.
Custom race support will be added later on, as I have to manually add them to the file that makes the dynamic changes.
You mentioned mac users can use Padme4000's Patches for CC mods instead of Compatibility Framework, but which file would you have us use? The files there seems to be for custom races and vfx heads as far as I see

WARNING, SPOILERS AHEAD
As we all know Larian has cut a lot of content, and we have tons of new dialogue options being a Shar Cleric/Paladin. I wonder if we could become a Dark Justiciar instead of Shadowheart in act 2 and kill the Nightsong without her? I am too early in Act 1 right now, have anyone tried it? Is it possible? Or she can only be killed with Shadowheart?
If you are not in dialogue with Nightsong in Act 2, or you kill her in Act Three in the fight with Larryboy you can get the DJ title on yout character sheet. It doesnt mess up SH's story either because Aylin just respawns. Its trickier though with the player char because the Dialogue wants you in there. It doesnt do anything either, just words on your character sheet. I have a Monk who punched Aylin out though and got the title.
erm did u just remove this today or are u updating cause the shar doesnt show anymore under deity..and one of the mods that's needed for it has suddenly went into hidden by the moderator. ..let us know if u are updaing this as now i can't play shar deity even on mym older save that has it..is now saying it doesnt exist..

Absolutely adore this mod, my drow girl finally gets to match evil deities with her girlfriend now! But I was wondering, do you think you are gonna add a shadow curse immunity version of this mod, would be nice to choose weather your character is protected or not since Isobel has dialouge about being shielded by Shar from the curse when you first talk to her. But on another note, outsanding work with your deity mods, so much fun!
Not sure what the creator's plans are, they are pretty awesome but I believe there is a mod that adds disciple of Shar and subclasses that grants you the shadow curse immunity:
