This mod will stay up for those who still need it to load their saves and on the off chance that there are still some color presets here that Padme4000 hasn't covered yet, though I imagine it's only a matter of time until that's no longer the case.
Thank you so much for all the downloads and a very special thank you for all the endorsements :)
Hello! I noticed that whenever I try to load a save with armor dyed by this mod, the game crashes. I tried doing a mod clean and I think this one is the culprit. Any help? :(
If you removed the mod when you have any of its dyes applied to any armor, your save will crash when you load. Pretty sure that's the case for any dye mod. If you want to uninstall this, make sure you've un-dyed every piece of armor and have permanently deleted the actual dyes.
Edit: to clarify, that's the case for any dye mod if the dyes don't use UUIDs that already exist in the game, which is what most dye mods do.
Hello! Loving this mod. I've been keeping each of my companions' respective dyes on them so whenever I come across a new armor for them, I can dye it to a more fitting color for them.
I do have a request though: would you mind making a version that makes it so that the dyes are just in the Tutorial Chest? Arron's merchandise is cluttered with stuff from other mods, aha.
Still gonna use this mod though. One more slot being filled up in two merchants' inventories is definitely not a dealbreaker when a mod is this good. Thanks again.
I can make a tutorial chest-only version available on this mod's next update. However, my priority right now is to sort out my other mods and clean up their descriptions, so I can't say when that'll be since things have been busy for me.
I'm glad you're still happy to use the mod regardless! I appreciate it :)
Takeaway: Jaheira's Harper armour is beautiful and looks beautiful in every colour scheme. Thank you! It's really nice to keep companions' iconic palettes when upgrading their armour. :)
am I right that since Jan 24th (when I first added your altered assets to better dyeing and mod was Character Themed Dyes) atlas-wise only the name of atlas changed, but icons in it are the same? thank you!
This is great! Thank you! I have been using Padme4000's mod for a while, you know, to keep companions boots and gloves matching mostly, but there was only a handful of class dyes.
Thank you! I was inspired to make this mod after I swapped the color theme of Astarion's spawn outfit to his ascendant outfit. Figured, hey, maybe do all the other epilogue outfits, and it just kinda snowballed from there, haha.
Awesome Mod, thank you. Could you maybe explain how/where you found the Dye-Presets for the characters? I've been trying to replicate the colours on the bard starting armor, and don't know where to start expect try and error.
Ya know honestly, I think gold and a nice faded sunset color pallet fits him a bit better. I know purple is his main starting outfit color but He looks charming asf, with a nice gold and red.

Edit: I also edited the dye containers, but I didn't change the UUIDs or their object name values, so that shouldn't have done anything, either.
If not: Many apologies.
If I decide to expand to outfit color presets, I'll consider it, but it's very possible other dye mods may have that as a dye already.

And thank you! So glad you're enjoying the mod :)

Edit: not sure if it matters, but I also changed the CharacterThemedDyes folders to ColorPresetsAsDyes.
Will have it fixed real quick :) And thank you, glad you like the mod!
Glad you like the mod! And definitely be on the look out for when Padme4000 updates P4 NPC and Outfit Inspired Dyes :)
And credit goes to Larian, haha. I just grabbed their presets and made them into dyes. Thank you, though! Glad you like the mod :)
