Please don’t ask questions already answered in this post for the sake of keeping things organized. Patch 8 is a stressful time for mod authors. Please be considerate.

Does this mod work with Patch 8? Yes.
Will this mod be available through the in-game mod manager and/or on console? Yes, a port is forthcoming.
Can I use this mod via the in-game mod manager and/or alongside mod.io mods? Yes, however I personally still recommend using BG3MM instead.
I’m experiencing an issue, is it caused by this mod? Unless the issue is directly with something added by this mod, the answer is likely no. I have tested all content added by my mods before releasing the Patch 8 updates.
If you’re still experiencing issues, please feel free to report them - however there are a number of issues that are most likely not caused by any of my mods as they are either unrelated to the content they add, or issues that frequently occur with new patches. This includes UI issues, pre-Patch 8 saves not loading, “choices pending” in CC, and Durge/nude NPCs on load.
This is likely a conflict. Some cosmetic mods need to be added to a file that cannot be edited by more than one mod, meaning that whichever is loaded last will override the other - You can check if this patch by chance supported the other mod(s) you've installed. If so, you can load this at the bottom of your load order and it should fix this issue.
First, the modders and community here are amazing! Second, Astralities I have all your mods and LOVE them! Finally, hope this helps someone out there; I had to move this mod even below my custom horns mods and ;patches for cc races' mod to get it to work but it finally did. I have over 200 mods installed so I'm getting used to moving things around until they work.
Hey! I can't seem to get the custom colors to show up. I've triple checked that I have the mod installed correctly and have saved and exported my load order to be sure many times. Perhaps it's where the mod is located in the load order or conflicting with another mod I have, I'll provide a SS of my current load order just in case. If anyone could help with this I'd be grateful!
Like I mentioned in the description, it's unfortunately not unheard of for makeup/lip/tattoo colors to conflict with hairstyle mods, depending on how they're implemented - most don't conflict from what I've seen, but some might. Try loading the colors below your hair style mods. If that does the trick, it's likely that's where the conflict lies.
I did reach out to somebody who creates compatibility patches already, and at least Toaries hair pack is something that mod also patches for. So if that's the conflicting mod, that's fortunately something that'll be solved as soon as they have time to add my mod to the patch. :)
