Hey, I like this mod. So much so that LillyBird and I included it in Listonomicon. "Listo" is a Wabbajack-powered mod list, that works almost identically to Nexus Collections but uses a community alternative to Vortex to help users download mods from Nexus, put them in the correct order, and prepare their game to play. No mods are repacked, stolen, or distributed directly - users are still directed here, just like with Collections, to download from your Nexus page and ensure you are given the proper download credit.
Due to confusion over what Wabbajack is and what it does, users at the Down By The River community encouraged me to give a courtesy "heads up" to the authors whose work is included in Listonomicon. And to assure them that per Listonomicon's install instructions, users are explicitly told to direct their bug reports issues to us first as mod authors (like you) don't want to deal with being inundated with help requests or bug reports from users with 300+ active mods.
You can read a little more about our project on Github, though the preferred way to access Listonomicon is via the Wabbajack gallery. A list of all included mods are here. A synopsis of the philosophy of Listo and what we are trying to accomplish (and avoid) can be found in our Whitepaper on the first two pages, and is elaborated starting page 17 "List Philosophy."
If you have any concern about your mod being included in Listonomicon (which is still downloaded from this page, and credits you as the author), please send me a message via Nexus's PM mail. I'm not sure how to get notifications if someone has replied to a comment.
Hey, would you mind if I edited your mod for some tweaks and rebalancing for a level cap of 12 and uploaded it? with credits and link to your mod of course. (me and a few friends prefer having a level cap of 12 as that's what the game and its difficulties are balanced around, but don't want to miss out on some of the later features of subclass mods (being level 14 abilities granted by the subclass))
I tried to keep the deity list lore-friendly, which is supposed to be the more destructive/warlike gods. I may go back and add them all once I get the time.
Second this, actually. I have a crazy (good) mofo who likes to be a zealot for Selune all on his own and Selune, well. She's still a chaotic goddess and represents free will, lol. I do appreciate the adherence to lore. Some of us just like to make excuses for things to work out, lol. (And thanks for the consideration!)
At the time I did this feature for Zealot, I was prioritizing based on Lore so I could go and get some other mods done and not make deity icons all day (lol). I did intend to go back and do all of the BG3 deities that had tags in the game ... so now that things are quieter I will go add them :)
Hi, don't know if it's a bug or a feature, I didn't find anything while looking in comments and in the bug section, but when I want to Rage, he doesn't scream anymore, but he puts his hand up like he's casting a spell, then when I confirm he goes into rage. Is this a feature of zealot or something is wrong with my mod?
the base game rage spell has the scream sound embedded into the animation the zealot rage has a different animation, so the scream is not there. not a bug. i try to give my barbarian subclasses different rage animations that fit the theme of the subclass better ... makes it a bit more immersive imo
the zealot rage animation is especially nice when you have a weapon in hand
Are Community Library and Compatibility Framework still needed? Both mods have been set to hidden a few days ago so they can't be downloaded anymore. Also, do you have any plans to expand the gods list to include Bhaal? The God of Murder seems pretty appropriate for a Zealot, and it'd be a fun option for a Dark Urge playthrough.
They are still needed if you are using multiple subclass mods. you can get them from the github pages still... its just a nexus hide.
Bhaal would be a good add I think, yes. I just dont think the tag exists in the game to trigger dialogue, but still a good thought. Ill circle back to it
Cool, thanks! From what I understand the Dead Three were originally going to be choices for Paladin gods, but I guess Larian decided it'd be spoilers or otherwise inappropriate given the game's plot?
I have this awesome(To me) Idea for a Kenpachi like character who invites damage and dishes it out in kind, Tenacious and stalwart in there will to survive and thrive in combat. My issue however is whether or not 'rage beyond death' Can be taken at level 12 or not? I really don't wana break the game balance and make the game super boring for myself with the level 20 unlock mod (Game is allready way to easy on honor mode)
RBD makes you basically unkillable, I think it would be game breaking at 12... I mean its completely ridiculously powerful in tabletop anyways... maybe too powerful
Nope that one isn’t in my queue. And I definitely don’t want to duplicate efforts so I’m happy to keep in touch to avoid that. I just want to see all of the wotc subclasses in the game through nexus :)
Monster Hunter, Clockwork, and a redo of Rune Knight (since that one isn’t being upkept) are my to-do, but I haven’t started any of them yet.
