   The mod does not seem to work, as of Nov 10, when installed using BG3 Mod Manager. Did the latest patch break it?

    Goat eyes are available with the mod Eyes of the Beholder, so far I'm not sure how to get horns on races that don't usually have them, maybe Customizer's Compendium does that?

       Horns of Faerun does give horns to all races, but not many choices among them.

       Ooooh good call, I'll have to give Eyes of the Beholder a shout-out.  I'll look into Customizer's Compendium to see if it'll let people use goat horns :D
       
       EDIT: Horns of Faerun would be perfect to accompany this actually
