Changed Ritual Cost of combat versions of wild shape to use a bonus action, since the turn you load into when you load a savefile that was saved in combat uses the ritual cost, so no more action points being used by the combat wild shape spells
Changed the logic of how druidic initiative works, since Larian added a new functor specifically for the case of "OnCombatStarted", this may fix some edge case bugs
