Announcements: 1.0.7: Added compatibility for Circle of Dreams/Stars/Stormchasers/Shepherd/Wildfire(both mods) via compatibility framework to apply the changes to subclasses (2 → 1 Wildshape charge & Druidic Initiative Passive & Multiclass Passive).
If these subclasses dont work with 1 Wildshape charge (because a spell costs 2 charges for example) please let me know.
1.1.0: Shifted out the progressions edits to its own optional file. If you are using community library + compatibility framework you DO NOT need the file, otherwise you do.
Thank you for making the druid mod suite -- I'm currently using the QOL and Viability mods and they're great. I'm trying to create an experience as close to 5e as possible while respecting the general increase in character power found in BG3, and to that end I'd also love to use the multiclass functionality from this mod. However, the changes to wildshape charges found here are too far from the 5e rules for my tastes.
I'm hoping that you might consider migrating the multiclass functionality to the QOL mod, to place it alongside the other fixes that make wildshape behave how a tabletop player would expect. I know its not stricly a QOL improvement, but it shares something important with the majority of the other features of that mod -- it's opt-in. Installing the QOL mod gives you the ability to pick locks as a cat, but it does not require you to do so. It could similarly allow you to smite as a bear without requiring it. Leaving the multiclass functionality in this mod, however, does require any player who wants that functionality to additionally accept the fundimental changes to wildshape which come alongside it.
If you want to keep the QOL mod as is, I hope you might alternatively consider separating the multiclass functionality into its own mod. I'm sure that would be more work on your end, though, to maintain an addtional mod in your already extensive catalogue.
In any case, I just wanted to say again that I appreciate the work you've done on these mods. Thank you.
Hello, first of all I would like to thank you for the wonderful pack of mods you created, they are incredible.
That said, I think keeping Myrmidon's transformations free at some point is the only unbalanced thing in your entire druid mod pack.
If instead, making wild shape a ritual spell could increase the charges, and eliminate the cost of transforming into non-combat forms, such as the cat and the crow, perhaps it would be less of a problem.
It's complicated because you've barely touched the Myrmidons, but the simple fact of making the transformation free, even when out of combat, already changes the balance a lot.
The point is, if it could somehow penalize the transformation into Myrmidon more (like in vanilla, where it is the only transformation that can be done within a short rest), it would be wonderful for balance.
yo, love the look of the mod but I think an update bricked the "multiclass abilities in wildshape" ability. I'm trying to use a paladin-druid build but I can't access smite in wildshape, sorry if I'm being dumb and this mod doesn't do that but if anyone could give me any pointers that would be great!
Edit- compatibility framework fixed it, thank you for this wonderful mod
First, sry i cant help u... but tell me, u can use this mod ? i have it 3 month ago and that was perfect, and now i havent the possibility to swap form.
I made a new character after installing the mod (rather than adding the mod to an existing Circle of the Moon Druid) and it works just fine.

Very nice mod.
While Lunar Adaptability provides a controller radial menu option for bonus action wild shape from most animal forms, it does not offer such an option on the radial menu from the badger form. Customize radial menu is also disabled preventing users from adding it themselves.
Quick question. Is wildshaping supposed to cost an action? Because while in wildshape it costs a bonus action, but if I want to shift from human to animal it uses up an action. And I'm pretty shure it was a bonus action before, but I could be mistaken. (I'm also using the other druid mod's if that is of importance)

Can someone help me on that?
