How to install:
Unzip. That should leave you with a folder called "GortashKicks" and several subfolders therein. (Like this: Data > Generated > Public > ... > Resources > HUM_M_ARM_Gortash_Footwear.GR2)
Take the Data folder and drop it into your BG files (the path to that should be something like .../Steam/steamapps/common/Baldur's Gate 3/ if you installed via Steam. Otherwise it's probably in your Program Files Folder somewhere). That's it!
To uninstall, simply delete the folders again.
