Item location for new player file: Arper Quartermaster or Tutorial Chest.
Install AFTER VFX Shivero Library.
If you already started a campaign, you should install the OLD PLAYER file, or the vfx effect will not appear.
If you installed the old player file, put you Night's Watch in a chest and buy it again from Volo (it's free). VFX will appear only for the second Night's Watch.
