What is this?
This is not a mod but instead a template for creating new hairs, the video in video section is still mostly valid except that we can finally use CharacterCreationAppearanceVisuals again for hairs including autosnapping hairs not just non autosnapping. Added many more notes than my original template. I am also making a written tutorial to follow along with here
