It’s been a long time since I’ve played destiny and I know it’s not an exotic armor set, but, would it be possible to see lord Shaxx’s armor in the game through a mod like this? (Also I don’t know if this mod uses the models of each exotic you have up here in, I play on console, but I ask this on a friend’s behalf)

Hey there! Do you mean the Larian official list of mods? If so, I don't think this mod would make the cut as-is since it's taking things from another IP and putting them into BG3. If I wanted to add this to the official mod list, I'd need to rename everything to make it a clean break from D2. While that's definitely possible, it takes away from what makes the mod unique, you know?

Thanks for the feedback! I'd like to add in weapons but I'll be honest that my priority at the moment is armor.
There's actually a mod that added in some d2 exotic weapons by Salazryn. If the mod author is taking requests, you might get a faster turn around from them!
Another goal for this mod is to have an alternate version that removes exotics from vendor shops and adds them to the world loot pool. I'm still deciding how best to do that, to be honest, as that would be a separate mod and would require maintaining both at the same time. Thanks again for the suggestions!
Hey thanks for the heads up. I realize now I didn't remove the ForceRecompile.txt from the mod, which should be what's causing the issue. I'll get on this now and upload it asap.
Listen. I based my Tavs on my Destiny Guardians. Even my co-op playthrough is filled with Guardians. We're those kinds of players. So you can imagine my hype at seeing this
I see through the comments that this isn't ready for the most recent patch as of yet, so I'd like to ask in the meantime: do the effects of the Dunemarchers only apply to weapons, or do they apply to unarmed attacks as well? I'm running my big bastard arc Titan for an Unarmed Fighter play through with the Sparkle Hands, and the Dunemarchers would fit right in if they applied to Unarmed
That playthrough sounds awesome! Dunemarchers currently doesn't work with unarmed attacks but I can look into it. I'll add it to the list to include with this next update.

I think as of patch 7, Larian made it so there is no need for mod fixer anymore, and also made it so if a mod has it embedded, the game won't allow for a working story. I don't know how yours works under the hood, but for most mods, simply removing mod fixer from the .pak fixes it.
Yes! It's been a long time since I updated this mod and I've been sitting on an incomplete minor update to that adds consumables that apply status effects (Volatile, Ignite, etc) along with some tiny reworks to a couple of existing exotics/passives.
I'd like to set expectations now that this will be a tiny update compared to how long it's been. Thanks for staying interested in this mod!
Hey there! Yeah it's been a bit since I worked on this mod. With the announcement of official mod tools and a Destiny weapon exotics mod in the works (shout-out to Salazryn for their work so far, looks super impressive!), I'm definitely interested in picking this back up.
Hello there, your mod seems VERY promising, even if i didn't play DOS2. How are the items available in game ? I saw the loot tables you provided, checked what they are referencing, and it seems there are not much act2 sources for your items. I find it weird especially, that we can get them from Dammon in act1, and not from Dammon in act2.
Also, before installing, is it "Seller sells all of the mod's inventory" kind of mod, or an immersive approach, with items scarcely added here and there, on long rests and level ups ?
Just discovered this mod and excited to try it out! Love Destiny and the Exotic aspects, and very excited to try these out in game! I was curious if eventually models would be made to make them look more like the original design, but even then, I know modelling can be rough and I saw the videos that showcased them, even with just using asset models in game they look good!
Thanks for the feedback! I do want to port over the 3d models but I need to do more research on it since I've never done it before. Honestly, my biggest concern with it is if Bungie is cool with it from a legal standpoint.
But I'm definitely open/interested in it! I would love to see the actual Helm of Saint-14 in the game
Legally they wouldn't be alright with it, you'd have to make some considerable changes / unique models to maybe fly-by on it, direct ripping of assets is basically a no-go without express permission

I just have 2 requests: Gjallahorn and a version of the mod that lets me find the items in the world, not just traders.
