Swaps the model of the robe "The Protecty Sparkswall" with an unused/NPC asset that matches the look of the icon for it

Acquisition for The Protecty Sparkswall is unchanged.
I chose a muted color scheme matching the icon. The item can of course be dyed and should work for all bodies.
Note that the appearance for female characters is quite different.
