A simple mod I made for personal use, but decided to make public by request. It simply changes the texture for the Partial-Illithid transformation to cover only one side of the face.
To install, unpack the 'Generated' folder into 'Data' in your main BG3 installation folder.
UPDATE: Added alternate version for right side of face.
