Not sure on a regular Tav run, but on Dark Urge, Serevok does not appear, so there isn't a way to get the Amulet of Bhaal. Attempted to use the amulet from the all_items mod, but was not read. Also, interaction with Orin doppelganger in the sewers is bugged -- the character transforms into her, but the cutscene conversation you're supposed to have with her doesn't trigger. She will be in her Orin form, but the game reads it as the victim.
Nine fingers keene, and other people in the guild (the guards near her) does not spawn if you go to Lower City with this mod in your mod folder. Not sure if there are conflicts in my setup, but removing this mod and loading a save before I got into lower city made them spawn again.
I have been trying to set this up and so completely wiped my mods list so it just had these, including the files, and then i redownloaded the mods. i have been looking the script extender but the text file isn't appearing and i am not quite sure how to fix it.
Am i the only one? I have installed the mod, started a new game, saved and even loaded it. Exited the game competely, but when i look in the script expender map, there is only 1 mod in there and it isn't this randomizer. I must be doing something wrong, but i can't figure out what.
Edit: Never mind, it seems the mod fixer was broken
What are the parameters for things like Passives? I tried setting it to numbers above 100 like 5000 or 100000 to see if i can make enemies get 5 or more random passives, if i set randomness and passives above 100 but the mod tends to give one enemy dozens of temporary statuses, not passives
This is on the Mod Description page towards the bottom. Took me awhile to find since modders dont make it convenient, they put paragraph after paragraph before getting to the point :)
1. After installing the mod and loading a save file, a text file will be created in: %localappdata%\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Script Extender (If you cant find this, press "windows key + R" and type in "%localappdata%\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Script Extender")
2. Open txt file called: "CombatRandomizerConfig.txt"
3. scroll to the bottom and find the txt that says "readingabilityunlocked" (funny how they want us to read paragraphs of things that TECHNICALLY dont really matter)
4. next to "readingabilityunlocked" change the number from "0" to "1"
5: save file
6: In the actual game, ping something to refresh the mod
Today, for no reason, that option broke. Haven't downloaded anything new, uninstalled and reinstalled the mod twice, toggled the read thing with the game closed, open, saved changes, pinged to reset it. Nothing works. Pulling my hair out over here
I have installed the mod and placed it into my mods folder as well as having extracted it within the mod manager but the ScriptExtender folder is not appearing despite the Installation confirmation message for the script extender being on the main menu. I am on v15 of the extender
did you try to other method to find it? i have it in the description
"If you can't find it, click the settings icon in the Larian launcher (bottom left), then scroll down and find the "Open profile folder" button. The Script Extender folder should be there."
How do I make the enemy multiplications have the same life as the original NPC that is affected by the health plus difficulty mod? Or in any case, how do I get the benefit of this healthboost mod of more life to the multiplied NPCs?
Clones are template NPCs that transform into the entity they were cloned from. Transformed things can't receive max HP boosts, only temporary HP (which is why i use it in the mod). I assume the mod does add the HP to them but it just doesn't work cause the game doesn't allow that to happen
well... you just add temporary hp to them. randomizer does it that way with healthboosts, though they aren't a static amount. if other HP mods use max hp boosts then they won't work on clones

Basically threw away my 21hr run :/
Does removing the mod works or do I have to reinstall the game?
