Hi! This new update is amazing! Do you mind if I share a base color suggestion? Is it possible to add a black base color (like the ones already in your mod) but with white claws?
Hi, sorry a lot went on from November till now away from computer. I believe this would instead be a texture edit rather than a base colour. As sadly the nails are affected by the skin colour so white nails would mean more white/black base than mostly black base.
But I can look into maybe editing the textures to give different looks as well.
I recently downloaded the mix and match version and just tried it out, and wow! You can make some gorgeous custom dragonborns like this! I'll be honest, I've never done a full playthrough as a dragonborn, I just download all the mods because I like messing around with character creation lol, but now I have to do a playthrough.
Thank you that is a really nice compliment. I hope you enjoy your full dragonborn playthrough, and please do share pics of your dragonborn would love to see them.
Personally I tend to stay away from mods that add features into the "incorrect" slots (unless they can be and have been renamed to suit the mod) because I just find it way too messy and confusing. Is that the only difference with the update? I don't suppose you'd be willing to provide an alternative as you keep updating?
I am sorry but the other version will no longer be added too as it is just too much work making a new accent for every base I made.
Renaming the slots would make them renamed for all races though sadly.
The "hair colours" the mod uses are named to DGB for the ones that do work for the race.
The full update includes:
67 Hair Colour options which is accent colour choices. Including one option that nullifies the accent colours so you can remove an accent colour from a skin colour you otherwise like.
30 new base colours to choose from
18 new base colours to choose from that are rough versions of the vanilla versions
If you prefer the original version that will always remain up, it just won't have new content added to it.
Holy s#*!, things got seroius after last update. It even works with moded base colors. Thank you, I need to spend another few hours in character creator.
Thanks, glad you're enjoying it. I just updated it with 24 more accent choices and 6 more base skin colours. Some of them a bit thematically on point for this month. As looking at the reds and some of the others felt needed a few more accent choices for too.
For this mod! I like the existing DB scales that have a sort of peachy skin color on the smaller under-scales, but then most of the existing ones have really shiny, colorful plate-scales. I was thinking of making a Durge that had slayer colors and wasn't actually able to. There's a shade in the green family that is close. Green 9 has close coloring but its so shiny. Gold 1 and Brass 1 are pretty good if they weren't so shiny, and then Yellow 10 I'd almost settle for if it had a stronger tertiary green
Ohhh okay sorry I thought you mean colours for those races, rather than those races colours for this mod. Yeah I could look into those, as very interesting concept.
Sorry it affected your collection, but due to remaking this mod in it's entirety for mod.io and console users the version number reset. I normally do update with increments as I fully know what each value in the version number means. You will find a lot of mods remade in the toolkit to have their version numbers reset.

I make collections and it's very confusing to see that version `1.0.x.x` is actually more recent than `2.0.0.0`.
If it helps, you can match the version / patch numbers in use by BG3 itself. As of writing this, the PC version of BG3 is `4.1.1.xxxxx`.
Thanks for all your work!!! 🙏
