Please note that sometimes the Chinese version might have different version numbers than the rest. The reason is that I am trying to fix some translation errors, which, unfortunately, I cannot do for other languages.
A kind lady/sir pointed out the possible cause of not being able to remove the mod - it might be due to installing mods through the mod manager. The solution is to delete mod file in the "mods" folder of the mod manager (which is a hidden folder) and then refresh the existing language files in the language folder. You can probably do so through changing the language setting in steam to any other language and then back to your desired language.
I also vaguely remember someone mentioned that if you are using the mod manager, you will need to "remove", not just "disable" the mod in the UI to actually void it.
As I mentioned in the description page, I've never used the mod manager before, and my suggested way of installation is to simply replace/overwrite the language file in the language folder that I point out. If the mod is installed in any method other than the one I suggested, I would not be able to provide any help, as I don't know the underlaying mechanism of it.

不信邪用 Mod Manager import 过了！虽然 import 操作不会成功，但是pak还是会偷偷复制到 Manager 本地的 Mods 文件夹里。
解决方案：
1. 打开 Mod Manager
2. 点击菜单栏 Go - Open Mods Folder
3. 删除 `Chinese_*.pak` 文件
之后重启游戏即可解决👍

已经更新了，但这次做得不是那么精细，可能会出现新文本双语英语部分丢失的情况(详情见version 1.8.0说明)，如果出现了可以回复我具体文本，等我度假回来修(which is 一个月后...)
另外，我目前还是装上了之前七号补丁的双语MOD，基本还是可以正常使用，只有遇到新的文本会显示“NOT FOUND”，比如新的子职以及新的法术等。
总之，跪求作者大大您对中英反转的MOD也进行更新
没事了发现一个问题，04/27版本的中英双语无好感度显示文件，下载替换后依旧有好感度显示
