Can you remove the tails from tieflings? I have zero interest in implementing that nor is it in the spirit of my mod to begin with. If you want the tails for tieflings removed, use Boring Tieflings for that instead of requesting me.
Can you make x variant of tail? Dragonborn tails? Differently colored tails? Please understand that I am limited by the game and its UI by what I can feasibly add, not to mention the amount of time it takes to add tails for every race/bodytype. It's not a one-size fits all as it is with horns! I am willing to look into some tail requests when I have the time and feel like it, but it's never a promise I will add them.
Why are x options not showing after an update? If you're using Padme's patch, just be patient for that to be updated - everytime I (and modders that let their mods be patched) update our mods with any additions, they need to be added to the patch too.
You can temporarily load Half-Tiefs after the patch until that happens to get new additions to show. If you're not using the patch (you should!) - try loading Half-Tiefs last in your load order.
Future plans/ideas: - look into possibly adding dragonborn tails (unlikely to be possibly because of CC color limitations) - gradient/differently colored tails (gradient tail might be coming, differently colored tail unlikely to be added anytime soon)
Update v1.8 is out!! 🎉 Additional nail variations have been added - Tintable, Tintable (Metallic) and Black. The tintable ones are colored via Horn Color.
They are under Crests in CC, be sure to only select the one fitting your chosen bodytype!

All extra horn options (so non-vanilla) have now also been made available for tieflings, BUT this comes with the caveat that I dont want to hear a SINGLE word or complaint about placement, they can't and won't be adjusted seperately for them!
I'm still having trouble with the tails. The horns and nails work fine, but the tails all have low textures and black stripes. I have the Padme patch and Trips shader mod, and I've got the mods in the proper order as far as I can tell, but I still can't get it to work right. Any help?
I'm having a problem where the color options for the horns aren't showing up -- it appears "clear" and the color palate area is blank. Not sure what's causing it, it just started to happen, even in games where I've already edited characters to have horns. I haven't added, removed, or updated any mods.
Hello! I am using this mod with Trips' Whispers of the Divine - Script Extender Edition and I do not have the tail option under "Tails", likely since WotD also uses the "Tails" tab for Aasimar wings. I also downloaded the CC Races patch in hopes that it would help with compatibility, just in case both mods were editing the Races.lsx file, but alas no dice. Horns are working perfectly, though! Did I do something wrong? Do you have any future plans for compatibility?
I dont do any patching for custom races so this question should be aimed at the author, afaik she scripted it to be removed because of incompat with wings
Love your mod so much!!! thank you for such amazing mod!!! btw, do you take commissions? If possible, I would like to have more horns in the same texture as the "Onyx Pillars", perhaps "Ruin Curves" and "Cambion's Crown" in the same texture as the "Onyx Pillars"?
I do, but I don't think nexus allows sharing links/info for stuff like that if you join the down by the river discord server you should see my info in the commissions section, its the only place where I host them atm
This is weird request but can I get a seperate file that includes a tail option for tieflings? lol.... for some reason mine aren't showing with the option for a tail
hello! i just have a clarifying question to make sure i'm understanding the mod correctly- Are the nail options not meant to show up on actual tieflings? I'm seeing them as an option for all other races, and want to make sure this is just a feature and not a bug lol. so sorry if this is a redundant question!!
Hey, I like this mod. So much so that LillyBird and I included it in Listonomicon.
"Listo" is a Wabbajack-powered mod list, that works almost identically to Nexus Collections but uses a community alternative to Vortex to help users download mods from Nexus, put them in the correct order, and prepare their game to play. No mods are repacked, stolen, or distributed directly - users are still directed here, just like with Collections, to download from your Nexus page and ensure you are given the proper download credit.
Due to confusion over what Wabbajack is and what it does, users at the Down By The River community encouraged me to give a courtesy "heads up" to the authors whose work is included in Listonomicon. And to assure them that per Listonomicon's install instructions, users are explicitly told to direct their bug reports issues to us first as mod authors (like you) don't want to deal with being inundated with help requests or bug reports from users with 300+ active mods.
You can read a little more about our project on Github, though the preferred way to access Listonomicon is via the Wabbajack gallery. A list of all included mods are here. A synopsis of the philosophy of Listo and what we are trying to accomplish (and avoid) can be found in our Whitepaper on the first two pages, and is elaborated starting page 17 "List Philosophy."
If you have any concern about your mod being included in Listonomicon (which is still downloaded from this page, and credits you as the author), please send me a message via Nexus's PM mail. I'm not sure how to get notifications if someone has replied to a comment.

Why are the tails/nails blue?
You didn't install Trips' Old Shader Pack.
