I've never made head mods before, please let me know if you encounter any issues and I'll do my best to fix it! I played through the nautiloid and first camp scene without issues, however, so we should be good.

Drop the .pak into your AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods folder
Enable with Bg3MM
(I don't use Vortex but I assume the process is the same)
