The Mod seeks to balance the 5 items in the game that set an ability score to a set value, by replacing these effects with relative increases. The goal is to bring these iconic items more into line with the balance of Baldur's Gate 3, while allowing min-maxers as myself a more relaxed time.

This fairly simple mods edits the effects of 5 specific magic items you can come across during the game.
The Changes included are exactly these:
Warped Headband of Intellect - Limited Genius: Increases your Intelligence score by 2, up to a maximum of 17.
Club of Hill Giant Strength - Splinters of Giant's Might: Increases your Strength score by 2, up to a maximum of 19.
Gloves of Dexterity - Brawling Hands: Increases your Dexterity Score by 4, up to a maximum of 18. Additionally grants +1 to Attack Rolls.
Amulet of Greater Health - Boundless Vigor: Increases your Constitution score by 4, up to a maximum of 23. You also gain Adavantage on Constitution Saving Throws.
Gauntlets of Frost Giant Strength - Frost Giant's Strength: Increases your Strength score by 4, up to a maximum of 23.
Additionally grants +1 to Strength Saving Throws.
For those interested: my motivation for these changes was that I felt like with the presence of easily available respeccing, the items in their original form encouraged stat dumping too heavily. With these changes the items still provide substantial bonuses, while rewarding characters who already invested into the respective ability scores.
