"Vibrato" is now a 1-turn weapon buff (1 quanta, no action cost), replacing the buffs on the vibrato weapon actions. This provides a bit more flexibility, and boosts extra attacks, at the cost of a couple more mouse clicks.
Presto Vibrato and Altra Vibrato [to be renamed] still provide the benefit of a 4m range (otherwise just a basic attack) and require the Vibrato buff to be active
