Hoot -Added a new charge ability that unlocks at level 4. This should help Hoot get into combat more reliably and make his level 4 version more interesting. -Rage now lasts until combat ends
Shovel -Changed Chromatic fire to a new AOE ability Scorch. This gives Shovel more utility early game. -Removed Aganazzar's Scorcher. The ability was short ranged and didn't really work with his kit. -Flaming Sphere moved to level 7 (instead of Aganazzar's Scorcher) -Minute Meteors moved to level 9 (instead of Flaming Sphere) -Wall of Fire added to level 11 -Scorch and Flaming Sphere now scale linearly to level 5 -Heat Metal now starts at level 3 and scales linearly to level 6. -Minute meteors now scales to level 4 and no longer uses concentration
Scratch -Rally now grants bonus HP = the summoner's level instead of Scratch's level. -Inciting Howl now lasts 2 turns -Scratch can now dash as a bonus action (or an action) -Scratch can now help as an action (or a bonus action)
Scratch and Hoot will now be automatically re-summoned when leaving the camp after completing a long rest.

Changed the Hoot acquisition script to prevent a bug where multiple characters could learn the Summon Hoot spell. The script now only adds the spell right after Hoot joins your camp and then is disabled.

Continuity Fixes -Moving Scratch's ball between characters now properly unsummons Scratch. (Previously you could pass the ball around to summon multiple copies) -Entering camp with Hoot or Scratch summoned, now correctly unsummons them. (Previously the camp and summoned versions could coexist) They will be automatically resummoned when you leave camp.
