    I think something unintended is happening with the [Circlet of mental anguish]?
    If I hit with a spell that does psychic damage that has a save (Like dissonant whispers or psychic crush, instead of just leeching back the d4 of damage from the circlet, it leeches the entire amount of psychic damage of the spell i hit with.
    Same thing happens with psionic blast (Mystra's spell force damage w/ save)
    Judging from the description I would think this is unintended- just wanted to bring it up.
    Could always be something else conflicting- but as it is its unbelievably broken lol, ive seen healing of like 50-70 LOL

    I have this installed with the correct load order in the sticky, and nothing is beneath it that changes loot lists to my knowledge, but the necklace wasn't on the mind flayer after I killed it, and I just cleared Dror Ragzlin and it wasn't on that body either. Illithid Emporium is working fine, as is everything else that I've come across so far, so I don't know why it isn't working. 

    I went back with a new character and the Illithid Emporium chest is in the Tutorial chest, but it has nothing in it

      I checked my Camp Chest because I have AV Item Shipment Framework, and the Emporium items were in their container in the AV Tutorial Chest, though I still don't know why that might affect them spawning in the world/on bodies, but I thought I'd let you know

      Try the update, it should fix the loot problems, both with npcs and the tutorial chest.

    haven't used this yet, but i'd quite like to!! love love love illithid stuff, and have been feeling the sore shortage of it til your recent mods! 

    any idea how this synergizes or clashes with the Mystic (the psionic class of all time) ?

      It can probably synergize decently to really well with it. I don't see how it would clash with it.

    i have the mod Vanilla Equipment Overhaul. Will this mod can work friendly with it ?

      Last loaded wins conflict (if any), so you can have both but if both alter the same item(s), only the last loaded one will take effect.

      Making feats is on my list, but it's not at the top of it, so it might take a while before I do that.
      For the moment, you can use console command Osi.AddPassive(GetHostCharacter(),"Siael_Emperor_Weapons") to get the passive without the items.

    I'm pretty sure it'll be safe, but I can install this mid-game no issue, right?

      Safe yes.
      At worst you'll miss out on the new items if you already visited their spawn location (namely the amulet and the new ring, as the cape and boots are added via a script).

      The run I'm currently on is still in Act 1, so I think I just miss the amulet.  Since I already looted both of those mindflayers they won't suddenly have the item, if I recall.  That's fine, I mostly just wanted to upgrade the rather lackluster other items anyway.  Thanks!

      Indeed, it won't (it's the same mindflayer).
      But you can spawn the amulet with EasyCheat, or console command if you don't have it (though I recommend it).

      If I was to use console command, I'd need the UUID of the item, right?

      Yes, that's why EasyCheat is the superior option, because you're not relying on authors to provide the uuids and on yourself to track them down every time you need them. 
      Here the uuids of the new items:
      Cape: 7128242c-a7eb-447f-b204-5f3020931ff4
      Boots: 24f88a95-f744-45ff-a2b1-0ea4a0470fcf
      Amulet: d81f6684-25fb-4489-8ab9-9b8fe83c20bb
