Just wanted to say I saw when the first mod of yours came out and I've been eagerly awaiting this release :) I'm actually doing an astarion origin run atm, but I can tell it wont be leaving my mod order next playthrough!
Oh wow! Considering Origin Astarion is seriously lacking in dialogue department, I can only hope your ingenuity would enrich it. I believe in you! Godsspeed!
P.S. This may be off topic, but - do you perhaps know a way we can retain Origins' banter with other followers when they are the player character? I've been wracking my brain about how this could be done, but all I've achieved was nearly go blind while staring at the code x_x I confess, I miss Astarion's banter the most while I play as him :(
Not sure if this is what you are looking for but I've been playing with Avatar Shenanigans + Reactive Companions and it has been a blast :) I get to play as Astarion (with my own modded design), and see him talk in cutscenes, other companions can talk to him like usual, party banter etc.
Avatar Shenanigans especially! It's all based around the idea you can temporarily switch another char as "the main character" (the avatar), and thus you get to access Astarions companion dialogue/banter like usual. Pretty amazing stuff, I almost slept on the mod because I didnt understand what it was for at first xD (you can do this with any origin btw, not just Astarion)
Just similar kinda dialogue edits to explore all options (where it makes sense) with other origin characters too, even if it's just for one scene like this epilogue edit. I absolutely adore this game but my one complaint with the dialogue system is that it doesn't tell you what option will advance the conversation and what's just extra dialogue you can explore before moving on! Games like Witcher 3 (with the yellow and white dialogue colour distinctions) and Disco Elysium (with the "Wait," and "Hold on," tags to exploratory dialogue) did it well imo.
Ooh nice, keep up the good work! I actually noticed I have quite a few of your mods. Thanks for making the Gale romance triggers easier to dodge too XD
Hello! This does work for Origin Karlach! And thank you for asking -- I think I'll be reworking some of the dialogue for her, too.
But FYI the "separated lovers" is bugged -- you should only see it if you chose to go to Avernus alone, not if you agreed to go with Astarion. But since some flags aren't getting set properly atm, he totally forgets that he begged to come with you back at High Hall. You should instead be seeing this version of the conversation:
I do have a fix for this dialogue in my epilogue bugfix mod :)

P.S., I may or may not have something new in the works for Origin Astarion ;)
CONSIDER ME HYPED

I'm bouncing between about 254612 projects atm, but two of them involve rerouting nodes for a longer conversation. :) Here's a sneak peek:
I'd love to translate your mod into Spanish. Would you let me?
I will give you full credit for the mod in the description.
Thanks! <3
If you'd like, I can make a Spanish version of this title card for you to use. LMK :)
