could you try extracting the files to another folder (like 'Downloads') and then copying the 'Generated' folder directly into 'Data'? that's what i do usually!
Looks like you downloaded it a few times? The (2) at the end might just make the entire path + file name greater than what Windows allows. Try deleting all the download attempts and then try. Hopefully the file name will be shortened enough for it to work. I think the max length is 256. Which makes sense. That is a "magic number". (8 bit integer.)

you can change the file whenever you want, it won't break your save! :)
