Have a happy halloween with a new witch set! Some reminders:
-There's no longer separate tutorial chest files for my mods, you can grab the all in one tutorial chest file here. Load it after all weaponry main files.
-There's only one tier, but almost everything in the set scales, either by just spellcasting ability or by new custom level map values.
-This also means that you will find some passives giving a +0 bonus at low levels, that's intended and they will be higher later.
-Pumpkie, the witch familiar, also scales at summoner level 5 and 9 and get higher stats and new spells and passives. Have in mind that it won't scale on its own if it's with you already, you need to summon it again after level up your character to at least level 5 or 9 to update it.
-Speaking of Pumpkie, it needs you to wear the hat to recognize that you are a witch, because a witch without hat is just some gothic girl. If you don't wear it he will stop acting. Some of its spells buffs can also only target someone with a witchy hat.
-And remember to endorse the mod if you enjoy it!

-Removed "Where she gone?" from pumpkie, was giving too much headache for something intended to be just a funny detail.
-Add an action to gloves to pet pumpkie to make it happy and an action to boots to kick it to make it angry.
-Pumpkie changes require you to summon it again after update to apply.
LOVE the mod!! Completes my witch build!! :) No witch should be without a broomstick. :) Only one thing and a lot of people has posted here about... theres no way to remove the curse, it just keeps reapplying. My spellcasting ability is 16 (which qualifies as a witch), I die, I resurrect and it reapplies. There seems no way to remove it... please help... otherwise a perfect mod. ENDORSED!
Not something I can replicate, you must have some mod creating a conflict or something.
Also once you get the curse you need to cure it to remove it. Getting the curse and latter increased ability won't remove it. So, for example, make sure you don't respect with the outfit on (or being on +3 at level 1 if you do it)
The solution is to make sure one of our spellcasting abilities is at least 16 BEFORE you put on the items. If you put on the items and then respec to 16, it will not work and the curse will be neverending. :) I reverted to an earlier save, respec and then put on the items and perfect. :)
are you working on anything new lately? your weapon mods like Alucard's sword is just too awesome. :) You are really catering to the needs of dark players hahaha
That's what I said above, curse applies if you equip a item without qualifying. Equip an item and then qualifies changes nothing. Also any remove curse effect will remove it, but make sure to either qualifies or unequip the item before use remove curse or it will be reapply.
Most things I have on WIP right now won't be released until patch 8, as they are equipment made with the new classes in mind.
Really like this one, except for that Witch Curse feature. That really frustrated me.
I got this outfit in the tutorial chest at the beginning on a fresh save. Thought, hey let's try it on to see how it looks. Big mistake. Witch's Curse on my character. I have no remove curse ability (I'm level 1 on the Nautiloid). No one has access to the remove curse ability either. Now I have this permanent disadvantage to everything at the start of the game with no way to remove it.
All because I wanted to try out the outfit to see how it looked on my character. Had to delete my character and redo it all over again cause of this curse.
I've always loved all your mods and use them all, but this one really frustrated me.
You have an auto save just before enter shadowheart room, so doesn't seen like a big deal xd
Also the tutorial chest is just a tool, and it's to you to use it correctly. By the moment you get the outfit in its normal place you should be able to deal with the curse, even if you ignore the chest warnings and equip it on a non witch character
the witches curse constantly reapplies itself how do I make it stop, it happens every quick save and every time I move a piece of gear regardless of what character I'm using and when passive activate and deactivate
edit- i cured it and took a few steps and it reapplied once again...please make it stop

Sorry to bother but for the life of me I don't understand why every time I long rest the witch charges disappear and never return, they work fine the moment I equip the gear but stop working forever the moment I do a long rest. Any Idea why?
I thought of that precisely because I never do it, so it would be great to finally have an excuse xD
How about the hag's hair then? Would it be too hard to add a new recipe that mixing it with the broom gives you another permanent effect on top of vanilla? If it is too hard to do forget I said anything, is just that it seems thematically on point ^^
Apologies for commenting again, but until now I didn't have this issue. The hat and certain scenes don't work well ^^U With the armor you can hide the hat for dialogue, but the camp clothes come with a hat that you can't hide.
For a second I thought you already did a variant without the hat using the Elven Smithing Kit, but I was mistaken xD Could such variant be easy to do? If not I will get used to it (or use your Academy Tunic as camp clothes) but I thought others would enjoy such feature ^^

Although it would be great if having the full set would affect the hag's eye for example. Thank you again for your work!

I originally thought of adding options for the hag potions, that are mostly useless. I'll may think about it again some time.
