Memento Vivere:
Rare, Necklace
When worn by an Adventuring Partner that is imprinted, their imprint will not wear off when they long rest. An imprint extended this way will end when the necklace is removed.
Found: Act 1, in Grymforge, among the Shar Tablets. Act 2, in the Gauntlet of Shar on a table in the shattered Mirror of Loss room; and one in Melodia's Bedroom in Moonrise Towers. Act 3, in the Night Orchid room in the House of Grief.
Shepherd's Ring:
Very Rare, Ring
Gives +1 AC and +1 to Saving Throws to the summoned creatures/followers of the creature wearing this. If worn by an Adventuring Partner, it instead grants this bonus to the Duo.

The following is a list of every imprint currently in the Duo mod (as of 1.0.4.0), as well as a description of the bonus Imprint passive they come with. Beware: spoilers.
Party Members:
Companions can be imprinted, but their imprint ends early if they later join your party.
Astarion: Can sneak attack once per encounter.
Gale: Can use Arcane Recovery to restore a Tactic Point once per day.
Wyll: Can benefit from Dark One's Blessing once per encounter. Only adds temporary hitpoints equal to Charisma bonus, as your partner will not have a Warlock level.
Lae'zel: Can Action Surge once per day.
Karlach: Can Rage once per day.
Shadowheart: Can Turn Undead once per day.
Minthara: Can Divine Smite once per encounter using Tactic ...
