Adds a passive racial feature so that draconic scales can be added to the player when using the Magic Mirror.

I've seen a couple other mods that add Draconic Scales but they tend to have issues like adding scales to companions. This will not happen with this mod.

NOTES
- You Must Use the Magic Mirror - When you start a new game you will not see Draconic Bloodline in Character Creation. To see this option, you need to use the Magic Mirror.
- Scale Colors - When selecting the scale color, you will see 5 custom colors that I have added. You'll need to select "All Draconic Colours" to view default colors as well as any mod added colors.
- Scales for Companions/Origin - If you use Appearance Edit Enhanced, you will be able to add scales to companions and when playing as an origin character.
- No Need to Uninstall for Draconic Sorcerers - You can still play as a Draconic Sorcerer with this mod installed without any issues. You will just see an extra passive. So if you tend to start the game over and over again with the same modlist, no need to uninstall.
