   Does the Storm Hat still only give 2 Acuity per turn (per Area of Effect?), or does it work like the Fire Hat giving 2 Acuity per instance of Fire damage?

   I don't believe I have ever seen the breastplate being worn here, Is that in the base game or is it a modded item?

      It's kinda both. Its assets exist in the base game, but are never used.
      
      I am accessing them with a mod called crate of lost goods

   Nice lore additions! That armor is so cool, is that a vanilla set that I managed to miss? It looks amazing!

   I This mod looks amazing. Could you please make a version of Fire Acuity and Storm Acuity Hats for each elemental damage type? It would be really nice for pure elementalist builds!

      I recently finished a circlet that gives arcane acuity for necrotic damage, so this is definitely something I am interested in doing. Keep an eye out for updates.
