Yes, it possible. Both abilitiy boosts, passives unlock, spells unlock etc. can be done.
Two things though: 1) Not sure if you can add a general +1 to any attack. Often it is connected to a specific weapon, spell or ability. 2) Couldn't find Turbine attack in the code, so not sure what that is :)

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong, but I haven't been able to equip this. Pre or post the most recent patch. It shows up just fine in the chest as it should, and I only have one of the files in the folder. But every time I try to equip one on any of the characters, it says it can't be equipped right now. I've tried it in all 3 acts at different places, in camp and not on the one save and was never able to use it. Just started a new save hoping it would work on there, but I've run into the same problem. Any advice on how to get this to work for me?
Sounds like there is another mod conflicting. Try the following methods (they usually works): 1) Place the mod latest in the loard order and save it. That way it will override any conflicting mods. 2) If method #1 doesnt work, temporarly remove all other mods and only run this one. If that works then you can add back the old mods until you find the conflict and the mod that is interferring.
Great mod. Third playthrough and i wanted to feel like a god and this is one of the mods i got. The author even went above and beyond by taking my request and delivering it at the speed of light. Endorsed, and thank you again !
You can only have one ring installed (the will have the same ID in the Mod Manager). But if you have a request just send me a personal message (PM) and let me know what you need and I can fix it for you.
Not sure if you take requests, could you please please please make an Amulet version of this exact same mod? My ring slots are already used and if I have to choose which 1 of the 3 I dont use its unfortunately this mod.

The command used in this mod for changing health is "IncreaseMaxHP(50)" which in this example increases the health with 50 hp. Maybe you could use -50 as value instead, but haven't tested it.
I tried switching it to -50 and switching it to decrease and the mod just doesn't show up. Anyone find a way to get negative to hp would like to know or if this item could get made with a -100 hp or -150hp
With using multiclass and going to 24 levels the extra hp forces you to increase enemy hp which turns the current spells unless because enemies are just sponges, if I could cut hp down ( without having to go negative con and messing saves up) then it would be more balanced and spells could be used as intended.

We handled it through PM's instead of on the forums, and settled on a static version with -150hp. If you have less health than that when you add the ring, you still get 1hp which was a nice bonus (instead of dying).
Haven't tried percentage decrease, but I think that is a really nice way of doing it as well.
No, I meant the rings themselves are sold by merchants. As I understand it, this mod doesn't make it possible for the ring to be obtained by purchasing it from a merchant. Or perhaps you can give the item ID? That way I can spawn it through console command. I'd rather not install that other "tutorial chest" mod.
Try this mod instead and follow instructions to make it spawn tutorial chest items: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/1368 It's easy to setup and doesn't have all the risk of the tutorial chest mod. It just adds the spell to any underwear(even modded underwear) and you can remove it from your hotbar after if you want. As long as you don't use any other mods that add abilities to underwear you won't have any problems.
For the next update I will add it to merchants as well, but in the meantime please use Tutorial Chest Summoning for existing save games or try the suggestion from GamerGirl7.
