It's not a bug I don't think so I won't report it as one, but if you're using Wild Magic d100 the Cambions summoned can drop the new weapon quite early in the game. Even late game this weapon is kinda crazy for players to be able to access. Improve the damage of Wrathful Smite, remove Revivify but add Heal skill or sth else. I just think deva can focus on heal or buff. Making damage is cambion and elemental‘s work. Now the deva is too weak and unuseful. just my suggestion.
For my mod order atleast this seems to cause me to be able to use rays of fire as an action as well as bonus action. Ive also seen enemy npcs cast it. Basically if i open up scorching ray container i see bonus and action versions of rays of fire and they do around the same damage as a level 6 scorching ray. But no spell slot cost.
It is fixed, but now is not compatible anymore with Quiet Cambion, seems like it overrides this mod at least i tried to load it after, it shows only 3 rays of fire, not a big deal but the cambion noise is annoying
