REGARDING PATCH 7 AND PORTING OVER TO MOD.IO/LARIAN MOD MANAGER
Unfortunately, mod.io's TOS does not allow for mods related to anything that is copyrighted. I am not allowed to port over my House of the Dragon, Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings or Fantasy presets because they have characters that exist from other IPs. While I initially thought it would be okay if I just changed their names, Larian does not allow the likeness of actors or characters to be used either on their platform.
Thankfully, you can still use my mods just fine by installing it the same way as before by dragging the .pak file into your Mods folder. It should work with Patch 7.

Essentially modding in patch 7 is looking like this currently (and for the future):
You can use 3rd party mods still by dropping the .paks into your mods folder and checking them off in the Larian Manager in-game. So you can use both 3rd party mods (like this one) while also using mods you download from the Larian manager;
The only thing you can't do is use BOTH the BG3MM and the Larian Manager at the same time. If you want to use the Larian Manager, you'll have to pretend that the BG3MM doesn't exist and load your mods as described above;
You can continue to use the BG3MM if you don't care to use Larian's Manager, and most if not all mods uploaded to Larian's Manager will also go to Nexus so you can download and use the previous process like normal.

Extract the .zip folder, and open it and then place the .pak file into your 'Mods' folder, then make it ACTIVE in your BG3MM load order.
Add-ons go in your GENERATED folder. If you do not have one yet in your Data folder, you can just drop it in anyways.
Speak with the dead VFX do not work with some of my newer presets, but thanks to Padme4000, my older ones do have VFX with their VFX patch.
Some piercings and beards won't fit perfectly. I am learning how to create custom skeletons and will have a large update for each of my collections to have custom skeletons.
Some neck seams may be visible as I am s#*! at refitting them in Blender. BLOODRAVEN A and B both have really messed up neck seams and idk what I did but I can't fix it lol.
SOME EYES/EYELASHES CLIP/BUG OUT. I WILL BE FIXING THIS IN FUTURE CUSTOM SKELETON UPDATE.

Q: Where can I get the crown mod in the cover photo?
A: Unfortunately this is a personal mod and cannot be shared as I converted it from a prefab model and the creator only permitted me to convert it for personal use. You can find a similar one made by the talented Badwitch69!! mod no longer available on Nexus.
Q: I have white crossed-out eyes. What is causing this? A: You have installed the Eye of the Beholder version rather than the normal version. This error happens when you install this version without the EOTB mod also installed. SEE STICKY BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS.
Q: Tattoos/Makeup do not show up? A: You have installed the Unique Tav version of the mod. This is the only way this error occurs. Please delete the mod you currently have and do a fresh reinstall. SEE STICKY BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS.
Q: My mod manager says I have duplicate files!
A: You installed more than one version of each collection. You can install all COLLECTIONS at once, but only one VERSION at a time (i.e. Unique Tav, EOTB, etc.)
Q: Piercings/beards are clipping on some faces/don't fit!
A: I do not use custom skeletons, so this will happen as the edited mesh does not match the original base head. I do not know how to make custom skeletons, but hopefully, I can learn eventually. This will take A WHILE though.
Q: Where can I get this hairstyle/armour/scar/etc.?
I had someone test each version of my mods in a freshly installed game, and they had no issues with any version, so if you are experiencing this issue, it is most likely you downloaded the wrong version.
There will be 4 subfolders in the main .zip folder you download for each collection:
to make sure you can find the proper one, use LIST view:
Only use ONE version of each collection. You will get a "duplicate" error if you install multiple versions.
The version won't appear in BG3MM, so if you have this issue, please delete and re-install the version you want. Alternatively, you can hover over the mod in your load order and view the version from there:
The cause of the eye glitch or the no makeup/tattoos is because you have most likely downloaded the EOTB and/or Unique Tav versions. If you do not use Unique Tav, then you do not have makeup installed for it and therefore will be blank. If you do not use EOTB, the eye mesh material does not exist in your game and therefore will be blank. Please make sure you install the REGULAR version (i.e. "MANTIS' PRESET COLLECTION [VOL. I]") by using "view as list" during installation. If you are re-installing, please completely delete the version you installed previously, and do a fresh re-install.
Please note that you cannot use EOTB version with origin characters or dream guardian as they will not have the proper eye mesh. Thank you CommanderBright079 for confirming this!
I absolutely love your work! If possible, it would be fantastic to have the downloads split into versions for each specific addon. The current combined downloads are quite large, and having separate versions would save a lot of download time. I know this might be a big ask and could add some complexity on your end with file management. However, if you're able to make this change, it would be a great quality-of-life improvement for your users. If not, I completely understand and still deeply appreciate all the amazing work you do!
It is a bit tedious to do this, as I have so many different collections on this one mod page. If it is too long for you to download through here, I do upload them individually to my Google Drive or to my Patreon (these are free and do not require you to pay me anything, however, many of my packs are too large in size to upload them, so they eventually end up on Nexus on Google Drive anyways once they are public).
Absolutely love this mod, it's beautiful! I have one question though, what hair is your Aegon preset using? I did check the google doc but it isn't listed.

Apologies if this question has been previously asked or if I missed something in the instructions, but my game works perfectly fine with all the mods i'm running, but when i download this and then install it via Nexus mod manager, the next time I try make a new game or load a past save, i get taken back to the main menu with an error message. Did I perhaps skip a step in installation?
That sounds like something else going on - though tbh you should use the BG3 Mod Manager and not the Nexus mod manager. The bg3 modding community usually supports either the in-game manager or the BG3 Mod Manager.

if Mari’s Tattoo Mod has Unique Tav as a requirement, you should download the Unique Tav patched heads .pak.
if the tattoo mod just replaces just vanilla makeup/tattoos, you can just install the vanilla head .pak!
