Not trying to yuck anyone's yum but the eyes do signify that they are controlled by cazador and the game reacts when you break his staff or kill him. Either way, glad multiple options exist, I'm sure y'all already knew that.
Hello! I think the issue being mentioned here is that when they stop being controlled they keep having black sclera (and their eyes turn brown, from what I can recall) which doesn't make a lot of sense, that's what the mod I linked fixes.
Nah, their eyes look that way even when they aren't being directly controlled. It looks stupid and breaks immersion for me. How the hell is Petras seducing anyone (in general tbh) with eyes and teeth that scream I'm a monster? Red eyes are interesting but not unheard of on Toril and sharp canines can be partially hidden by learning to smile and speak in ways that don't flash them too much. Shark teeth and tiefling looking eyes on an elf, human, or gnome is going to stand out a lot. Vampires thrive by being gorgeous but like hot celebrity gorgeous. Not by standing out like a monstrous sore thumb.
Probably not, as replacers as I make them don't really go in the mod folder- however, I'm very unaware of how filepaths work on Mac. I think you should look into where the files I'm replacing go there and simulate the same file paths, hopefully that should work!
Hello! Thank you for reporting a potential issue! Can you be more specific in what you mean? Has this caused an actual problem ingame? I could've missed a folder to delete or something. I think that, luckily, there are no female humans using the "shark teeth" so there's nothing to replace there. The humans whose teeth have to be replaced are either men or children, who have a separate folder.
Hi! Although I think this could be possible (but would require further tweaks to his mesh) it's not something I'm interested in making. Thanks for your comment!
My mod isn't a .pak but a replacer, so I think there's no way to put it in the load order. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to mods, but I suspect that since Vampire Funhouse is a proper mod and mine is just a replacer, Vampire Funhouse would overwrite it anyways. I think what I'm going to do is message the creator and let them know they can use my assets if they want to since they said they're trying to implement the fangs, IDK if this is what they intended when they said they were working on the fangs but I don't lose anything for trying. Thanks for the comment!
Oh, but replacers can still be packed! You just need to add Mods folder with meta.lsx and run it through Modders Multitool. I can do it and send you the .pak, if you want, but I have no way of testing it rn. Either way, I'd love to see a collab with Vampire Funhouse :)
(I'm replying to Maugre so I hope the notification gets to both of you!) I don't know what mod you're using but in theory, no, it shouldn't, unless the mod's replacing the same files, which I don't think it is. It's most likely separate. I know there's a mod that copies Astarion's fangs onto all possible Tav's, so maybe that could help?
Yeah.. there is, it's the Fangs and Horns mod, but if yours were to change it, it would be better. That mod is kind of complicated to activate, it took me a while to understand. Also it does only work for normal body size male, and only Astarion's teeth even though they added the option for Cazador's as well but it get all funky on my character. Also females can't use the Astarion's teeth, if you want a female vampire TAV you'll have to keep the original teeth or use female Tiefling's one, I did it once on Shadowheart and it is not as cool as I thought it would be.
Maugre, if you want to try it, read the description and the article in the mods page very carefully, or you might end up screwing your character, make a couple saves before you use it and make sure it worked the way you wanted before progress with your play. It is not suppose to affect save files, but you can't never be to careful right!
BTW escuisi2 thanks for the mod, I was using the Flatter Vampire Teeth, but that one only remove the spike teeth, yours actually adds vampire teeth.
This one change the TAV's fangs even if they're not vampires. I saw that at a glance, but I thought it would change the head model, meaning all the NPC's that had the same model, would have fangs as well, at least that's how it looked like reading the description. I might have a look again on this mod to see if it's better than the one I'm using.
The other (vanilla) spawn don't have normal teeth but rather shark teeth, so that's what this mod is fixing! As for why, the game gives no reason, I can only imagine it's to make them extra obvious. Cazador looks like Astarion as well, so IDK.

Thanks for reminding me of it!
