About this mod
Changes all ability granting items to give relative increases rather than fixed values, e.g. Gloves of Dexterity gives +4 Dex instead of 18 Dex.

Change item ability stat boosters to always increase by a set amount, rather than setting an ability stat to a fixed value.
All items now have a maximum boost of 22, except STR, which goes to 24, and the Nimblefinger Gloves, which have no limit.
Only items are affected, not elixirs.
Strength
Gauntlets of Hill Giant Strength (set to 23) ⇒ Gauntlets of Giant Strength (increase by 4)
Club of Hill Giant Strength (set to 19) ⇒ Club of Giant Strength (increase by 4)
Handmaiden's Mace (set to 18) ⇒ (increase by 4)
The Mighty Cloth (increase by 2) ⇒ no change
Harmonium Halberd (increase by 2; decrease INT and WIS by 1) ⇒ no change
Dexterity
Gloves of Dexterity (set to 18) ⇒ (increase by 4)
The Graceful Cloth (increase by 2) ⇒ no change
Nimblefinger Gloves (increase by 1 or 2) ⇒ no change
Constitution
Amulet of Greater Health (set to 23) ⇒ (increase by 6)
Dwarven Splintmail (increase by 2) ⇒ no change
Gloves of Soul Catching (increase by 2) ⇒ no change
Enraging Heart Garb (increase by 2) ⇒ no change
Intelligence
Warped Headband of Intellect (set to 17) ⇒ Headband of Intellect (increase by 4, set to rare)
Wisdom
Khalid's Gift (increase by 1) ⇒ (increase by 2)
Charisma
Duke Ravengard's Longsword (increase by 2) ⇒ no change

Items spawn in correctly when testing on patch 7.

There is only one string that requires translation, related to the Club of Hill Giant Strength.
