Very great job! A little advice: Can you make a version that simply adds a small number of capabilities instead of a fixed number, and increases the upper limit of capabilities? Just a suggestion, not a requirement, thanks again for your work! (*^_^*)
have you by any chance considered adding these items to the tutorial chest? I understand if it isn't possible and I'll use this mod regardless, but I think it'd be useful so that players have access to these items regardless of where they are in the game
Didn't the description page confirm that it is in the tutorial chest? Have you downloaded the mod already and tried to look for them in the Tutorial Chest? If so, are insinuating they are NOT in the tutorial chest? If so, then that would be a bug and you can report that in the Bugs section of the mod.
Started a new game to try this out and Tutorial Chest was empty. Is there a prerequisite mod or some setting required?
Edit: Redeployed and the chest was full but could not interact with any objects other than chest and had weird lag so couldn't do anything. tried a fresh new game and with this mod active it won't load the character editor, instead it goes to some weird test level with multiple naked human makes and default Durge standing in a skybox where you can move the camera around but nothing else. Disabling mod lets the game work but must be something missing for this mod to work without breaking the game.
Been looking for something like this that was specific to individual abilities, thanks for making it! Looking forward to starting a new game and checking this out.
You know I just made a comment about having an idea for a mod where I overhaul all the game items that set uneven stat armor to also give advantage since that extra number serves no purpose. Thank you for choosing to set the stats to an even number. However, if you decide to change your mind and add some more that are set to an uneven number, may I recommend adding an additional buff that gives Advantage to Ability Checks for that stat? I think that would be a pretty fun rule to play DnD with. It gives meaning to the meaningless.
that does seem like a pretty interesting idea, I would probably make it an optional file for those who want it (so you can use one or both sets). I'll look into doing that when I have the free time.
