re: Cazador - just don't let him speak. Get close enough with your main to see him, but not trigger cutscene. Then do an ice storm. It'll knock him on his arse, and Asterion stays in the fight. He stays on the ground for what seemed like ages too lol.
First time I did the fight I had sailorcat's skeleton crew mod, but it added like 10-20 enemies with 400-600 health and I just couldn't do it. Removed the mod, then realised..wait I can hit him from here on my second go through. Karlach ran through and hit him 20 times or however many attacks she has now, he was dead in 1 round, everyone else 2.
can you please make a little milder version without immovable? while I want the boss to be stronger, thus require coordinate team effort to actually beat, there are certain charm in cheesing some encounter with smart maneuver. Dror ragzlin for example, could be assassinate with well-placed thunder arrow. And immovable seem more like ketheric's thing. or maybe grym consider it size and suppose adamantine body.
legendary resistance 3 is too little, but 99 seem too excessive. how about something like 9? not easily exhausted but still exhaustible
and perhaps a milder version of unbreakable. some kind of balance between instantly cheese with with a single hold person or dominate and reduce everything to blow for blow slug match. my idea is that they may have advantage on save, and perhaps a chance to break out it themselves in subsequent turns. so you can still utilize hold person cheese, but now one party member must be dedicately built to do just that, and pretty much sacrificed to keeping it up.
so one of the changes this mod makes is swapping out Perfect Sentry for Alert for the bosses that have it, but the way you implemented it was by physically replacing Perfect Sentry to be just a copy of Alert. this leads to some incompatibility with some other mods that want to use Perfect Sentry. for example, I was wanted to use Ninjoma's Difficulty Mod to make it so that enemies cannot be surprised. the way that mod implements that feature is by distributing Perfect Sentry to every enemy. With both these mods, this leads to every single enemy having Alert, which is far more difficult of a change than I wanted to add. Would it be possible to just distribute Alert through the same system you distributed the other passives, while keeping Perfect Sentry the same?
I'm having a strange issue that's likely some kind of mod conflict, just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.
First thing I did was change the difficulty down from Tactician to Explorer and made a save. Then I installed the main file with BG3MM, put it close to the bottom.
After booting the game back up and loading that save, I change the difficulty back to Tactician... but then parts of my UI stops working. Clicking on the character portraits on the left side (I've been using Dynamic Sidebar) will not switch characters (the camera will zoom to them temporarily, but the hotbar will still be for the previous character). Furthermore, if I try to quit back to desktop, the game will hang and be stuck in a Not Responding state.
As a test I removed this mod and loaded that very same save, changed the difficulty back to Tactician, and none of the issues before happened - was able to switch just fine as well as exit the game normally. Very strange.
I've heard about this issue from a friend, as a host in multiplayer, but his party does not use my mod. It was only possible to swap in group panels and tadpole abilities. I don't know how my mod could cause the same in your game, maybe it was a coincidence?! If you still have the save could you load it again with my mod? If it will happen again then it's the conflict for sure. I will do tests too.
Will update for patch 7 in a few days. There are some incompatibilities in honour mode, for Cazador fight. Looks like it's fine. Report if its not. Updated Ptaris fight.
