Successful Medicine checks in combat will now heal the downed target for 1 same as it was for outside of combat.
Both Succeeded and Failed Medicine checks outside of combat will heal the target for 1. (I will look into a cleaner implementation to remove the roll altogether, probably with SE.)

Chicken and Basketball Torture
While in combat you must succeed a DC10 Medicine check to get your allies up off the ground with the Help action.
The healing works on undead and constructs instead of just "living", primarily for custom race mod support etc.
You only restore a single Bonus Action when Downed is removed instead of all of them, removing a potential exploit via down-looping a character with lots of BA attacks.
If using the "Lenient" version of the mod you also restore a Reaction, and with succeeding a DC 15 Constitution Saving Throw restore an Action as well.
Assist an ally in need. Remove Burning, Ensnared, Restrained, Enwebbed, Prone, and Sleeping from a friendly target.
A successful Medicine Skill Check will heal a Downed friendly target for 1 Hit Points, while a failed check will only stabilise them.
You automatically succeed Medicine Skill Checks while outside of combat.
Known conflicts:
Path Of Undeath by Siaell - Place Hardcore Help after (below) this mod, you will still be able to help up Undead allies with Hardcore Help overwriting its edits to the Help action. As of version 1.9.1 for Path Of Undeath load order should be irrelevant between these two mods.
Load order:
I used self inheritance, but even so other mods editing the Help action may not be compatible, mileage will vary.
The edits to Downed are less likely to be conflicting, and if just using the base version of the mod not much of a problem if overwritten.
