Overall Notes - This was probably the hardest sets of items to design because to me druid's identity is very hard to grasp. Druid does tend to have a lot of spells and features based around area denial, shapeshifting and summoning, but these were harder things for me to design items around.

Land (Verdant Set) - Land Druid is a very versatile caster that has a lot of options available to it. Ultimately I decided to go with a theme that centered around debilitating foes through using damage available through nature, i.e. Slashing and Piercing damage. As a result, a lot of the items will attempt to debilitate the foe through various natural and iconic druid conditions such as Bleeding, Poisoned, Entangled and even Paralysis. The legendary item, Verdance, tries to emulate Markoheshkir but in the form of the seasons of a year. Spring and Autumn are generally still angled towards the features that this item set provides.

Moon (Lunar Set) - Moon Druid is a druid that focuses more on wild-shaping. Ultimately the goal with this set of items is to provide general buffs to the druid that are still retained while in wild shape. This set does feel slightly boring to me and I am open to changing some things about it.

Spore (Fungal Bloom Set) - There is a large focus on Necrotic damage with this set. You will be rewarded for dealing Necrotic damage with a custom condition to this set of items called Decay. Decay works much like Encrusted With Frost by giving disadvantage to particular saving throws (Strength and Constitution in this case) and when the target reaches 7 turns, they have to make a saving throw to avoid being paralyzed. This is fashioned as a gradual atrophy of all the muscles in your body until you physically cannot move. There are also some summoning benefits for undead but this is a lower priority within these items.

Stars (Celestial Set) - This set tries to focus on all aspects of the Star Druid's feature. Its constellations focus on dealing radiant damage, healing allies and being more resilient. Likewise, the celestial set features much of these same focuses. The legendary item goes a different route than these three focuses, instead focusing on something prevalent to all Stars Druid, Guiding Bolt. It augments guiding bolt to such an extend that it triples the output of a single cast (double scaling did not feel like it was impactful enough for the point that you'd get the item).
