Hello! It turns out that the mapping doesn't need to just be increased by one, it's all sorts of scrambled. I've gone through and manually remapped everything that is needed, so all you'll need to do to get your PS4 controller working for Black Flag is to copy and paste this bit into your Assassin4.ini file, found in your computers Documents file, at C:\Users\Username\Documents\Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag. You'll need to replace the Wireless Controller DefaultBindings at the bottom of the ini file with this.
Could you potentially modify this so that it would work for Assassin's Creed III as well? Not the Remastered version, the original 2012 PC version.
Right now there is no mod to replace the Xbox buttons with PlayStation buttons for the original Assassin's Creed III, only for the Remastered version. I tried, hoping against hope, that this mod would magically work for Assassin's Creed III as well, even though it was designed for Assassin's Creed IV. Sadly, it did not work.
So, would it be possible to come up with a version for the original release for Assassin's Creed III?
Hi! I have a problem where I can see the PS4 buttons but they are not what they are when I press them for example Y should be triangle but it shows circle. Maybe you heard of this problem or enyone else who also had it. update: my settings weren't set to ps4 in steam, now it works fine

thanks very much for making PS buttons mods. by the way, do you know if resorep can extract button textures from AC Odyssey? i was about to make texture for Nintendo or PS-swap-O-X, but couldn't find the textures :/
