This mod doubles the capacity of the water pump and doubles the irrigation range of the canals. If it doesn't work let me know and I'll see what can do about it. I've played with it for a few hours now and everything works just fine. This mod also includes the code for the lakes and rivers, so you can change those as well if you want. (I did change all the minimum values of those to equal the maximum values, to remove the randomness.)
This mod requires the Land of Lions DLC.
