That mod is missing everything U15 and beyond so no its not complete. Trying to get someone to update it or post their updated vs (you have to manually add the items).
Same as some others, getting frame drops have been hunting the mod responsible, and it does seem to be this one, shame really because its a good balance I think

Btw, after I install this mod I feel like my game had micro stutter, a lot, like for every 10-15 second. It's not that bad, but it is only me or you have the same problem.

Asset Viewer only show the assets in game file but doesnt not add any cheat.

Does Not Slow Down at All . And has All Items Plus All Zoo, Museum and Botanica Items (Complete Sets)
Save me a lot of time, and money.
