Works perfectly with jubilee patch. One can even just copy the proper lines after identifying the building code (using assetviewer) and pasting it into another mod. I used it for post offices only to solve the mail issue with skyscrapers and works great. Thanks
In the past, the non-overlapping range mod can only take effect on the whole island. This mod does not change the radius of the building and retains the circle display and the effective blue highlight Effected objects:
Town Hall/Union/Harbormaster for Old World/New World/Enbesa
Arctic Lodge
Post Office/Mailbox for Old World/New World
The main port of the harbor (I believe this may actually be the Harbormaster for Docklands?)

Does the mod work on english installs of the game, I see there's chinese or japanese symbols in the assets.xml
