I've only tested the Steam version, i don't know if other versions support this mod.
1 - Go to Steam and right click Alien Isolation > Properties > Local Files > Browse
2 - Open the DATA folder in the game directory and look for ENGINE_SETTINGS.XML
3 - Back up the file (renaming it works) - this is the original version of the file
4 - Copy the downloaded ENGINE_SETTINGS.XML file
5 - Paste it into the DATA folder
6 - Done, you should see additional settings in the game menu
If experiencing errors, replace the file with the original version. Refer to the NexusMods page for how to manually edit the ENGINE_SETTINGS.XML yourself.
