   hey, i think i found a bug int his mod. The bonus income doesnt work,doesnt show up after reaserching the 1st two techs. But when i start the game with tier 5 tech unlocked suddenly i see 25% income bonus. Not sure whats going on.

      nvm, is was conflicting with balanced_financial_buildings building mod. Added in the empire->stats this mod entries and it works
