NOTE: THIS MOD WILL RECEIVE UPDATES AND CHANGES DEPENDING ON THE FEEDBACK
IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTION, COMPLAINT, OR AN ISSUE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN POSTS/BUGS TABS!

I will try to update the mod every time a new plane with new handling is released.

===OVERVIEW===

So you may ask, "What's the purpose of this mod"?

Add-on aircraft more often than not, have vanilla-style handling for each plane. As we all know, AC7 did not do a very great job when it comes to balance, and the experience while playing with these planes can vary if you use a stat changing mod, like Skies Rebalanced. Some planes feel sluggish, some feel OP, and some feel just right. Most often however they simply feel very out of place compared to the vanilla ones.

This mod aims to make all possible add-on planes feel like they should, and gives them SR style handling.

===INSTALLATION===

First, i strongly recommend to sort your ~mods folder.
Fear not, here's a great and simple guide for you!

It's not a must-have, but sorting your ~mods folder helps a lot with troubleshooting... and makes it easy to navigate and find files in.
Unlike the mess of unsorted folder.

Second, installation of the paks.
Put the pak files for the aircraft you want to rebalance in ~addons folder (or in ~mods folder if you're not sorting it.)
Make sure the rebalance patches are ABOVE the addon aircraft themselves (to overwrite their stats) and BELOW the compatibility patch and sincerity's essential files (so you don't risk conflicts with the essential file.)

And that's it, enjoy your rebalanced aircraft!

===CHANGES===

Right, what did this mod change exactly in each plane and weapon?

It aims to make the planes and armanents feel like the ones in Skies Rebalanced. I have used their handlings as a reference.
Check out that mod, it's a must have in my opinion.

- PLANES

- ADFX-00 (Ref: ADF-01)
Vastly improved mobility over standard Falken. Aimed to make it feel more like the Z.O.E. powerhouse aircraft. Excellent roll and pitch. Extremely capable and deadly dogfighter. Kulbit PSM unlocked.

- Su-27 (Ref: Su-30M2 and F-15C)
The original superior Flanker that is way better than those two seaters, take that Su-30 fanboys, haha! Su-27 supremacy!!!. Improved mobility, better than F-15C's, however Flanker has worse engine performance in exchange for better agility. It can also perform Cobra at any speed.

- E/A-18G (Ref: F/A-18F)
The chonkier Hornet. Handling is exact same as the Super Hornet, because those two planes are extremely similar. Even US Navy pilots claim they handle the same, who am i to argue with them? Cobra PSM unlocked.

- ADA-01A/B (Ref: ADF-01)
W I D E   B O I   F A L K E N. Compared to Falken, both Adler versions have reduced mobility and speed, but in turn they have received lower stall speed and improved stability to make them better suited for air strikes from low altitude.
Because the B variant doesn't have SDBM, it's a bit more manouverable. Both have unlocked Kulbit PSM.

- R-101 (Ref: F-15 S/MTD)
Fish. The main rival of General Resource's Eagle+. Delphinus has lower pitch and yaw as well as higher stall and buffet speed, but much better roll. Worse acceleration and speed. Maximum altitude was also reduced. No PSMs for this client.

- Su-25TM (Ref: A-10C)
Fatty. Faster than A-10, better pitch and much better airbrakes, but less roll and yaw than the Thunderbolt. Just like it's American counterpart, it's stall speed is extremely low.

- MiG-1.44 (Ref: Typhoon)
ANTAREEEEEEEEES!!!
Improved low speed mobility thanks to thrust vectoring, better pitch and yaw, but worse roll and response due to weight and size, also at speeds above 1500 kph/800 knots the Flatpack is less agile than the Typhoon. Top speed and maximum altitude are much better thanks to it's tremendous advantage in thrust. Also unlocked Kulbit PSM.

- F-14B (Ref: F-14D)
Bombkot. Near identical as F-14D with marginally worse response, not much else to say. D was mostly equipment upgrade rather than airframe or powerplant.

- Su-75 (Ref: F-35C)
Russian killer penguin. Superior to F-35 at lower speeds thanks to thrust vectoring, but equal at higher. Lower top speed and acceleration. Much shorter take off, and unlocked Kulbit PSM.

- Su-30M3 (Ref: Su-37 and Su-57)
Inferior Flanker. Slightly worse response than 37, but general handling is only slightly inferior to the 57 due to it's similar thrust vectoring design. Unlocked Kulbit PSM.

- EA-6B (Ref: A-10C and Su-25TM (yes))
Cute chonker, and proud member of r/chonkers, isn't he? That's why i made him handle like one. Low top speed and good manouverability. However it's very stable, doesn't stall easily, and it's airbrakes are excellent. Also disabled the PSMs from the original mod lmao that was nuts.

- F-117A (Ref: Base handling)
Nighthawk feels closer to the AC6 one now. It's slower and less manouverable than original. Watch out for obsolete SAMs.

- MiG-28 F/A-5E (Ref: F-16C and F/A-18E)
Much worse mobility, stability, acceleration, and top speed all around. F-5's engines were very weak after all. Also removed the ability to PSM.

- MiG-28M F/A-20 (Ref: F-16C)
Slightly better roll and response than F-16C. Lower top speed, and overall agility. No PSMs here either.

- J-20A (Ref: Rafale M and F-22A)
你好! Slightly better speed and acceleration than Rafale. Inferior agility compared to Raptor. Unlocked Cobra PSM.

- Mjollnir R-40 (Ref: F-22A)
Straight from Nordennavic. Buffed agility and speed, as Mjollnir is suppoed to have better all around performance than J-20. Kulbit PSM has been unlocked too.

- Draken J (Ref: MiG-21bis)
A mean nordic dragon. Very unstable and twitchy. all around performance improved at high speeds. Completely unresponsive at stall speeds.
Interesting experience to fly, without a doubt. And obviously, unlocked Cobra PSM.

- MiG-41MKS (Ref: Base handling)
The ugly. All i've done is increase maximum altitude and unlocked Kulbit PSM. I've no idea how to balance this thing at the moment, i'd be grateful for feedback in that regard!

- F-16VX (Ref: F-16C)
Oh boy this was a horrible offender with vanilla F-16C handling. Now it's more agile and much faster than F-16C. Improved engine performance, and pitch over the F-16C, yaw and roll are similar. Thanks to TVC, unlocked Kulbit PSM.

- MiG-31M2 (Ref: MiG-31M)
Slightly lower top speed, acceleration, and max altitude, but better agility all around. Still remains a speedy speed boi.

- Tornado GR.4 (Ref: Base handling)
Increased max altitude. Standard handling is good in my opinion. Also the bomblet dispenser has been banned in 2009~~

- Tornado F3 (Ref: Base handling)
Marginally better mobility, and better engine performance than the GR.4, as it's a fighter. Top speed and acceleration are still nerfed compared to the base handling. Tornado was zippy, but not F-15 levels of zippy!

- XFA-24A (Ref: Base handling)
Cola's beloved. Speed and mobility remains unchanged from base. Kulbit PSM unlocked, thanks to Apalis' 3D TVC, and maximum altitude was increased.

- YR-99 (Ref: Base handling)
Fish before the fish. Increased maximum altitude, and unlocked PSM (Optional)

- YBR-89 (Ref: Base handling)
Fatter bombfish. Same as before.

- YR-302 (Ref: Base handling)
The moderator of r/chonkers. PSM unlocked, or removed (Optional)

- XR-302 (Ref: Base handling)
Slick one. Removed drifting behaviour, and unlocked PSM, or removed, depends which .pak you'll select.

- XR-45 (Ref: Base handling)
SPEED AND POWEEEEEER! Greatly reduced top speed, and a bit reduced acceleration, it's still a plane with forward swept wings, which reduces top speed potential. Stability was greatly reduced, because base handling doesn't feel as unstable as the description may lead you to believe. Kulbit PSM unlocked.

- F-16F (Ref: F-16C)
Falcon for buddies! All around slightly inferior to F-16C, agility, response, and speed wise.

- S-32 (Ref: Su-47)
The cooler Berkut. Less stable and slower than Su-47. Superior pitch thanks to thrust vectoring, and inferior yaw due to inward canted rudders.

- F-15 ACTIVE (Ref: F-15 S/MTD)
Round nozzles. Worse braking than S/MTD, but better yaw. Rest of the performance is the same all around.

- F-85B Bullshark (Ref: Base handling)
What the hell is this? No changes to handling, i've only increased max altitude.

- A-4NK Skyhawk II (Ref: Mirage 2000-5 (yes) and A-10C)
Smol boi. Capable and agile attacker at subsonic speeds, it can even dogfight. Turns into a brick at supersonic speeds. Improved acceleration and braking. Reduced top speed.

- F-15SE Silent Eagle (Ref F-15E)
Shhhh... stay silent. Improved acceleration, stability, and agility all around. Much better yaw and deceleration thanks to canted v-stabs.

- WEAPONS

- XLAA (Ref: LAAM)
No longer a glorified LAAM with multilock! Now it's your ultimate BVR weapon of choice. Extremely long range (15000 meters), and higher flight speed. Only drawback is the slightly lower homing.

===PROBLEMS===

  • Some planes lack custom handling files and rely on vanilla planes, therefore i can't easily edit them myself. Those include:

1. XFA-36A Game
2. E/A-18G Growler Type B (Type A variant has been edited)
3. F/A-18R Bourdon
4. X-49 Night Raven
5. F/A-32C Erne
6. F/A-22C Raptor Plus
7. F-15N Sea Eagle
8. F-52

Luckily however, if you're using Skies Rebalanced, handlings on most of these planes are overhauled, because SR edits the vanilla handlings they rely on, so it's not a big problem. The only real issue is the Type B Growler, which has god awful, extremely sluggish handling by standard. If i find a way, this will be fixed.

  • Su-75 has very weird behaviour when it reaches maximum altitude. It stops still until you point it's nose away. If you're flying at 80+ degrees, you can become stuck, and will have to restart the mission. Unfortunately i don't know how to fix it yet, so for now stay below 17000 meters for safety. If i find a way, this will be patched.
