This mod will rebalance ALL Ace Combat 7's planes and SP Weapons

Permissions and credits
The aim of this mod is to adjust the statistics of plane and weapon in AC7. Please note that this is my personal adjustment to the game as if AC7 was a single player-focused game, meaning some of the planes or weapons in this mod will be kinda OP if you bring them into Multiplayer mode.


Below you will find what changes i have done to the game's aircrafts and sp weapons (WARNING: WALL OF TEXT!!!!)  after spending more than 4 months studying various aspects of AC7 (Thanks to Covid-19).

V1.2E Patchnotes

-Buff X-02S's max speed from 3050 to 3250.
-Fix the issue of MPBM (IRBM vfx version) still using old explosion vfx



V1.2D Patchnotes

-Modify the stat of MPBM (Default explosion FX) so it would be in line with IRBM FX's version
-Fix the lag when using MPBM with IRBM's explosion FX. 
-Update the SKIES_REBALANCED Optional files pack: delete "skiesrebalanced_weaponstatschange_MPBM enhanced only" and replace it with "skiesrebalanced_weaponstatschange_MPBM enhanced only_DefaultFX" and "skiesrebalanced_weaponstatschange_MPBM enhanced only_IRBMFX"

V1.2 Patchnotes

+General changes:
- Updated "skiesrebalanced_weaponammocountchange_P" with latest playerplanedatatable file to support Top Gun Maverick DLC
- Remove "SKIES_REBALANCED 1.18A (NON DRIFT VERSION)" and "SKIES_REBALANCED Optional - Planes v1.02" Optional Files
- Adding drift to non-Top Gun planes. Top Gun special planes wont have drift therefore the Top Gun special planes files in both Drift and Non-drift pack are identical
- Increase flight celling for all DLC planes
- EXCEPT the Darkstar, all DLC planes are now able to PSM at any speed
- Seperate each planes into its own pak (both drift and non-drift version) into individual pak files so player can choose which plane they want to modify

+Specific changes
- Adjusting F-104's stats 
- Adjusting the Darkstar: the plane has slightly worse mobility than the C Eagle, max speed is modified to Mach 5 (6174km/h), cruise speed to Mach 1 (1234km/h), accelaration value  to 3 (so you dont need speed tuning parts), stall speed similar to Eagle.
- Adjusting F/A-18E: Its stats is now similar to F/A-18F with slightly higher max speed. 
- Adjusting F-14A: Its mobility stats is now similar to F-14D but with higher stall speed and worse top speed/acceleration
- Again, no change to Top Gun special planes watsoever except the flight celling and flare count

*General Changes
+All regular, real plane will now have inertia aka drift
+All PSM-capable planes can now execute PSM at any speed
+Greatly raised the flight celling aka stall altitute of all planes from 10km to 16km
+Acceleration and top speed of all planes are improved, so no need for speed tuning parts
+The original planes (all but the CFA-44) also have inertia but each plane has different drift characteristic:
+Shinden and X-02S has the least drift because they're "medium weight" fighter
+Falken, Morgan and XFA-27 has more drifts because they're heavier
+Raven has more drifts than those aboves because it's even larger
+CFA-44 is the most drifted plane because i want to make it similar to AC6/ACAH


*Specific Changes

F-4E: improved overall maneuverbility and engine performance to make it behaves like its AC04's counterpart

F-104C: no changes

A-10C: greatly improved roll and yaw rate, slightly improved pitch rate. Its armor is also vastly enhanced

F-14D: improved maneuverbility at low speed but has less mobility when the wings are fully swepted, greatly improved engine performance, has better pitch than F/A-18F 

Mig-29A: improved overall maneuverbility, slightly improved engine performance compares to the base game's counterpart
MiG-35D: has better overall maneuverbility than the modded MiG-29A above, no changes to engine performance

Mig-21bis: nerf the pitch rate, improve the roll rate

MiG-31B: heavily nerfed its mobility stats to the level of base game's F-104C, but vastly improved the engine performance, greatly improved the yaw rate

Su-47:improved overall maneuverbility, slightly improved engine performance. I also make it more drifty than the regular plane (not as difty as CFA-44 though) to simulate its ACAH's counterpart 

Shinden: has the same maneuverbility as modded Su-47 above but it can now VTOL, the minimum speed is now 70km/h and the stall mechanic has been removed so the player still have full control of the plane at the minimum speed

CFA-44: greatly improved overall maneuverbility, lower the stall speed to the same level as Su-30SM. Do note that the plane still retains its High-G lock 

Falken: improved overall maneuverbility

Morgan: slightly less maneuverable and worse engine performance than the Falken

X-02S: greatly improved overall maneuverbility, slightly nerfed its roll rate when the wing is folded, slightly improved engine performance, greatly improved the yaw rate

XFA-27:has slightly less mobility and engine performance than X-02S, slightly nerfed its roll rate when the wing is folded, vastly improved the yaw rate

ADF-11F Raven: greatly improved overall maneuverbility, slightly better engine performance than the Falken 

Rafale M: improved overall maneuverbility, make it comparable to the modded F-16C (see below) but slightly better

Mirage 2000-5: slightly worse mobility and engine performance compares to the Rafale M

Typhoon: mobility is slightly worse than Mirage 2000-5, better engine performance than Rafale M

Gripen E: better engine performance than Mirage 2000-5 and slightly better mobility than the Rafale M

F-16C: greatly improved overall maneuverbility (pitch/roll rate), make it similar to un-tuned, base game's XFA-27
F-2A: slightly less maneuverable but has better top speed and acceleration than the modded F-16C above
F-2A Super Kai: has very slightly less roll rate than the F-2A thanks to the added CFT, but better engine performance
F-16XL: same accel as modded F-16C but less top speed, less roll and pitch than Super Kai

F-15C and F-15J: both have less mobility than the modded Super Kai above, improved top speed and accel (the F-15J is still slightly faster than the F-15C)
F-15E: slightly less mobility than the modded F-15C/F-15J above but has better top speed and accel
F-15S/MTD: slightly improved top speed and accel compares to the F-15C, has the same superior mobility as the modded Su-37/Su-30SM (see below)

Su-30: better overall mobility and slightly better engine performance compares to the base game's counterpart
Su-33: worse top speed and accel than Su-30, has better overall maneuverbility because of the added canards
Su-34: slightly less maneuverable than Su-33 and has slightly less top speed and accel than Su-33
Su-35: better engine performance than Su-30SM, has a slightly better mobility than Su-33 thanks to TVC
Su-37: better mobility than Su-35 thanks to both canards and TVC, has better engine performance than Su-30SM
Su-30SM: slightly better mobility than Su-37, worse engine performance than Su-37
Su-57: same engine performance as Su-35, same mobility as Su-30SM

F/A-18F: improved overall maneuverbility and engine performance
F/A-18F Block 3: has very slightly slower roll rate thanks to the added CFT but better engine performance than the F/A-18F

F-35C: better overall maneuverbility than F/A-18F. It also has better acceleration 

F-22A: better mobility than Su-30SM but slightly worse than Su-57,  has better engine performance than Su-57
FB-22: same accel as F-22A but has slightly less top speed and overall mobility

YF-23: better engine performance than the F-22A but has slightly less overall mobility. The plane can now do Cobra

************************What does "skiesrebalanced_weaponstatschange_P" pak file do?************************


+AC04's QAAM, need i say more?

+greatly increased gun damage (kinda similar to AC6)

+ADMM has base game's QAAM homing and better range, also no more stack-locking (similar to AC6)

+8AAM/AGM no longer stack-locks

+GRKT no longer stack-locks

+RKT and GRKT can now fire in individual shots instead of a volley (those who play HAWX will understand), they also has better damage and radius (akin to AC6), rocket load counts is also increased (RKT: 14 shots, GRKT: 10 shots)

+greatly buffed the MPBM, it now has better damage, bigger radius, better homing and longer range. I also replaced MPBM's explosion VFX with the ICBM's effect in Mission 13

+increased homing and range of 4/6/8AAM and 4/8AGM

+increased range of LAGM, greatly increased range of and damage of LASM (2 LASM will completely sink a Battle Cruiser)

+vastly increased range and damage of LACM and LAAM 

+greatly increased range and damage of SAAM 

+UGB can now fire 4 bombs instead of 2 and has better radius

+FAEB can now fire 2 bombs instead of 1 and has better damage

+greatly buffed IEWS so it can act like SP01's Enchanter team's IEWS

+slightly increased flight speed of HVAA

+very slightly reduced reload time of HCAA

+improved damage of HPAA, it can one shot F-22/Su-57 now

+improved homing of SASM, the weapon's damage is also slightly improved 

+slightly reduced reload speed of MSTM

+reduced / removed the tickrate of TLS (meaning the damage deals by TLS to the enemy will be no longer delay or has a very little delay) and adjusted firing time for each type: Morgan - 8 seconds, Raven- 10 seconds, Falken - 11 seconds , F-15E/Su-37's TLS - 12 seconds. 

+greatly buffed Raven's UAV, it now has AC04 QAAM homing (it can now target an enemy at your six) , better damage and longer flight time

+greatly buffed fire rate of Raven's laser gun, it will now rapid fires like how Hugin/Munin did in Mission 20

+greatly buffed the PLSL, it now fires two pod at the same time and has better damage and fire rate (those who watched AC7 E3 2017 trailer will understand) 

+SOD has bigger radius, better damage and longer range

+GPB has longer range, higher release altitue and MASSIVE damage (2 bombs will sink a Cruiser)

+reduced reload time for normal EML, also increased damage of the weapon (it will now 2-shots a Battle Cruiser)

+greatly reduced reload time for CFA-44's EML, it will now rapid fire like its AC6's counterpart, the damage is also slightly increased (4 shots to sink a Battle Cruiser)
