About this mod
Bringing back the reinforced wood blocks ,reinforced metal wood blocks and the reinforced concrete blocks ,also bringing back the downgrade path

A20 changed the downgrade path to nonexistent which I don't like at all.
So I started to make a little mod to get that back
While working on said mod it occurred to me that we where also missing a few upgrade blocks
So I extended the mod a bit with the following result
Added :
Reinforced Wood Blocks 750 hp
Reinforced metal wood blocks 1k hp replaced with corrugated Metal Block 1k hp
Reinforced concrete blocks 6k hp
Downgraded the hp for concrete blocks from 5k to 4k
Also added recipes for the new blocks
