Adds candy to the junk loot so you can find it in the world and not just buy it.
This means that sometimes you'll find a candy bar in a garbage bag or a car; it can be anywhere that junk loot is sometimes found. It is not a common find, since there are so many items in the junk loot list and only a few (at most) are pulled each time a container is opened.
This has been tested alongside other mods which also make changes to the available junk loot, and finds from vanilla 7 Days, the other mods, and this one all occurred without any issues.
Updated the ModInfo.xml with the new format for Alpha 21; no loot.xml changes needed.
