Sounds good. I would so much like a camera mod that skips any "normal" camera follow when characters are running. Not the action cam, but the locked following cam. It interupts the gameplay so much, and time i could spend watching the battlefield from the higher zoom planning my next chars move is gone and interupted constantly. Dont get why the dev's created this constant interuption... Speeding up the running should be better than standard though so thanks a lot. If anyone comes up with a way to not show running char's - that would be even sweeter.

Thank you for doing this mod. The pauses between actions are absolutely infuriating. It's even more frustrating to learn that they're intentional.

As a side note. I thought about posting this to mod requests but I don't think anybody looks at those, so maybe you'd be interested in this. Is there any ini option to turn the "action camera" completely off so that it stays in the overhead, tactical view the entire time?

From a quick look, you have the following lines:
UseFollowUnitCamera=false ; Do we use this camera, or a normal frame ability camera when a unit is moving?
UseSwoopyCam=false ; Could probably be set to false. No idea what a swoopycam is, but it's definitely not default camera I'd think.
ReactionFireWorldSloMoRate=1.0 ; A value between .33 and 1.0 that will control how much "global" slo motion occurs when showing reaction fire, 1.0 is no slow motion.

Otherwise you have to edit the Cinescript, I think, probably for each ability. Which is a little beyond what I am able to do at least.
Anyway, add those to the camera.ini and you'll be able to test for yourself.

downloading NMM version of this screwed up my game. Not mod's vault. I used the nexus Mod manager version thinking that it would just do some alterations, but it basically over-wrote the files. I guess NMM is as lazy as I am. So yea, be sure to just do a manual install guys. better yet, just backup the files and alter them yourself, probably safer that way.
